My experience at this store was great! I was helped by Emily. She was incredibly helpful in my search for a new watch. She was considerate when listening to what I was looking to find, knowledge about all the watches features, and let me know my options for purchasing. I did not end up pulling the trigger but she made my options clear and was very courteous despite me taking up her time.

Service was provided by Ms. Ada Chiu. This was my first watch-buying experience, and I couldn’t have met anyone better and knowledgeable in watches to help guide me in this experience. Ms. Chiu is a kind, warm and respectful individual who supported me to the end, helping me with sizing with another kind watch mechanic and helping me understand the varying functions of a watch. Wow, just wow! Ryan was a phenomenal sales consultant. I had initially came back to complete a purchase on a Breitling, but with Ryan’s assistance, he gave me a better understanding and outlook for something that suits my personality all at the same time giving me a bang for my buck. I visited this store today and was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of their staff. I had a small problem with my watch, as it was too big for my wrist and needed an adjustment. The store team not only greeted me with a smile but also solved my problem within minutes. Was looking to buy a Jazzmaster Face 2 Face lll Limited Edition. Very disappointed. Sales rep was rude and arrogant and treated me like I couldn’t afford it. I will go to another boutique to purchase this watch. I’m very surprised he treated me so poorly considering this is $4 000 watch from Hamilton, an entry level to mid level brand. Avoid shipping here.
